Frequently Asked Questions
How long should I allow collecting the motorhome from you?
We recommend that you allow at least an hour for a detailed handover of the motorhome. If you feel you need longer, that’s fine with us. Our aim is for you to enjoy your holiday from the moment you leave our premises
Why does returning the motorhome require an hour?
We ask you to allow an hour so that you are present while we complete a detailed inspection of the vehicle and its contents. This will ensure there are no discrepancies at a future date.
Can you collect me from a railway station or airport?
Yes, we can provide this service at an additional cost through the use of our recommended executive car hire companies. We can even arrange for the motorhome to be fully set up at a local award winning rental park for your first night (subject to availability)
Can I bring my pets with me?
We pride ourselves upon offering motorhomes that are from a pet free and smoke free environment. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets or smoking. Anyone found to ignore this policy will be fined £250 plus the necessary valeting charges, plus the cost of replacing any items that are damaged by pets or tobacco related products.
Why do I have to leave £1000 deposit with you?
We hold a damage deposit of £1000 to cover any damage bought to the motorhomes or its contents while on hire. This also acts as an excess should you be involved in an accident. The deposit is payable via credit or debit card at the start of the holiday and is fully refundable. Please note we only accept cheques if they are paid and cleared 10 days prior to the start of the hire period.
What ID do I need to hire a motorhome?
We require at least one form of photo ID, a copy of both parts of your driving license and one other form of ID such as a utility bill. Please note that mobile phone bills are NOT an acceptable form of ID
Any additional drivers will also be required to provide both parts of their driving license.
